Senior Webflow Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Webflow Developer based in India.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of high-quality, scalable website development for global clients in a fully remote environment.
You will transform detailed Figma designs into responsive, production-ready Webflow experiences with pixel-perfect execution.
The role combines advanced Webflow development, CMS architecture, custom code, integrations, and interactive animations.
You will work closely with designers, project managers, and clients from initial development through final launch.
Performance, accessibility, SEO, Core Web Vitals, and exceptional user experience will be central to your work.
You will have significant technical ownership while contributing to sophisticated digital experiences across a diverse client portfolio.
This role is ideal for a developer who combines strong technical depth with an exceptional eye for design and detail.

• Build responsive, production-ready Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs while maintaining pixel-perfect visual quality across devices and breakpoints.
• Develop scalable Webflow architectures using reusable components, variables, structured class naming, and clean CMS implementations.
• Build and manage CMS-driven websites, including advanced collection-list use cases and efficient content structures.
• Create polished interactions and animations using Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.
• Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend Webflow capabilities where required.
• Integrate websites with forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and other third-party services.
• Apply best practices for website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct thorough QA across browsers, devices, responsive breakpoints, CMS content, interactions, and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and clients to translate creative concepts into technically robust digital experiences.
• Take end-to-end ownership of technical execution, troubleshooting, optimization, and successful website launches.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience developing Webflow websites in a production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-quality, responsive Webflow websites from Figma designs.
• Strong expertise with Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, scalable class naming, and structured website architecture.
• Strong working knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, including CMS Filter, CMS Load, CMS Sort, CMS Combine, and advanced collection-list implementations.
• Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement custom functionality when needed.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger for sophisticated animations and interactions.
• Experience integrating APIs, forms, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and other third-party tools.
• Strong understanding of website performance optimization, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
• Exceptional attention to visual detail, responsive behavior, usability, and overall UX quality.
• Experience collaborating effectively with designers, project managers, and clients throughout the development lifecycle.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating sophisticated, production-ready Webflow projects.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, ownership, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
