About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Voice Agent to conduct outbound research calls to prospective businesses. The primary responsibility is to measure how long each business keeps callers on hold, capture clear evidence of the call duration, and accurately record the findings in a spreadsheet.

What You’ll Do

• Call prospects using an approved contact list and calling process.

• Follow the provided call script and professionally navigate automated menus or reception desks.

• Measure and record the time spent on hold.

• Capture a screenshot of the call screen clearly showing the call duration or hold time.

• Upload or link each screenshot to the corresponding spreadsheet entry.

• Accurately record details such as:

  • Prospect or business name

  • Phone number

  • Date and time of the call

  • Hold start and end times

  • Total hold duration

  • Call outcome

  • Relevant notes

• Verify that every entry is complete and matched with the correct screenshot.

• Protect confidential information and follow all applicable calling, privacy, and data-handling requirements.

• Escalate invalid numbers, unusual call outcomes, or data-quality issues to the supervisor.

What you have

• Clear and professional verbal communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Basic proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.

• Ability to capture, organize, and upload screenshots.

• Reliable internet connection and access to a suitable calling device.

• Ability to follow scripts and documented procedures consistently.

Nice to Have

• Good time-management and organizational skills.

• Prior experience in calling, lead generation, customer service, quality assurance, or data entry is preferred but not required.
