The Purpose of Your Role

The Lead Full Stack Engineer will work as part of a core team, designing, developing, and supporting scalable full stack applications. This hands-on role involves building cloud-native solutions on AWS, developing data integration capabilities and APIs, contributing to architecture and technology selection, and collaborating with global teams to drive technical excellence across solution design, development, and delivery.

• Contributing to application architecture, design reviews, and technology selection decisions.
• Leading development efforts, performing code reviews, and promoting engineering best practices.
• Driving system reliability, performance optimization, security, and operational excellence.
• Working with our distributed global teams and providing technical direction in building solutions.
• Actively participating in agile ceremonies, knowledge-sharing sessions, code and design reviews.
• Troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root-cause analysis and resolution.

The Skills that are Key to this role

• You have strong experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Data Modeling, Performance Tuning, OLTP/Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, and Informatica.
• You have hands-on expertise in Java, Python, and data APIs.
• You have hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, IAM, and API Gateway.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture, deployment patterns, and distributed systems.
• You have experience with Unix/Linux, Shell Scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and automation practices.
• You are familiar with job scheduling tools such as Autosys, Control-M, or Cron.
• You have excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
• You have strong communication skills to handle various partners across India, Ireland, and the US.

• You have experience with Snowflake and modern cloud data platforms.
• You have knowledge of test automation and Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD).
• You have experience working in Asset Management, Financial Services, or Investment Technology domains.

The Expertise We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, MCA, or equivalent
• 5-9 years of experience in software engineering, full stack development, data engineering, or cloud platform development
• AWS Certified Developer/Solution Architect Associate Certification is a plus
