Bilingual Member Outreach & Award Qualification Virtual Assistant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Member Outreach & Award Qualification Virtual Assistant based in India.

This role supports a large member community through proactive, personalized outreach and award-qualification activities.
You will connect with members by phone, SMS, and email, helping them understand and complete an established recognition process.
The position combines customer engagement, administrative coordination, data management, and consistent follow-up.
You will build rapport while following structured processes, scripts, qualification questions, and documentation requirements.
Accurate CRM management will be essential for tracking member interactions, statuses, deadlines, and next steps.
You will work independently while contributing to a broader outreach operation designed to support a large and growing member base.
The role is fully remote and offers an opportunity to develop your skills in customer support, outreach, CRM, and virtual assistance.

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to members through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Clearly explain the purpose of the outreach and the award-recognition initiative.
• Follow established scripts and qualification processes while maintaining a natural, personable, and conversational approach.
• Build positive relationships with members and encourage participation in the qualification process.
• Ask qualification questions accurately, guide members through surveys, and collect required information.
• Complete reference forms, supporting documentation, and other required records.
• Follow up consistently with members who are unresponsive or have incomplete information.
• Maintain ownership of assigned members throughout the outreach and qualification process.
• Record calls, messages, responses, follow-ups, and member activity accurately in the CRM.
• Maintain organized member records, qualification statuses, pipelines, tasks, and workflows.
• Manage spreadsheets, trackers, contact information, data cleanup, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.
• Escalate questions or situations that fall outside established procedures and meet agreed activity and project deadlines.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, member support, outreach, appointment setting, or a similar role is strongly preferred.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent spoken English and a professional, confident phone presence.
• Experience with outbound calling, SMS, and email outreach is preferred.
• Strong organization, data-entry, documentation, and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working with CRM and contact-management systems; Close.io experience is a plus, with training provided.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, email, and SMS platforms.
• Able to follow structured processes without sounding overly scripted.
• Warm, personable, persistent, dependable, and customer-focused.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a larger remote team.
• Experience with online communities, membership organizations, coaching or education, or real estate is an advantage but not required.
• Able to manage a high volume of member interactions while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
