About the Role:

As an ML Engineer - Generalist at Symbl.ai, you will play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing our Conversation AI platform, with a focus on our new product, Nebula. You will be part of dynamic projects involving machine learning and Nebula's innovative features, contributing to the evolution of our technology stack.

Working as an ML Engineer - Generalist, you will:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement machine learning algorithms and models for Nebula and other Conversation AI initiatives.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines and workflows to support machine learning model training and deployment.
• Participate in the design and architecture of Nebula's features, leveraging machine learning techniques for enhanced functionality.
• Conduct experiments and perform analysis to improve model performance and accuracy, iterating on algorithms and approaches as needed.
• Contribute to the evaluation and integration of third-party tools and libraries to enhance the capabilities of our ML infrastructure.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in machine learning and AI research, incorporating new techniques and methodologies into our projects as appropriate.
  
  

To excel in this role, you should:

• Possess a strong background in machine learning, with experience in developing and deploying ML models in production environments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Python and relevant ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Have experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
