We are looking for a talented and hands-on Fullstack Lead with 2–7 years of software development experience to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across both frontend and backend development, with the ability to take ownership of features from initial requirements and architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

This role is suited for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and working closely with product, design, and engineering teams. You will play a key role in establishing technical direction, improving engineering practices, and mentoring other developers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of fullstack applications.
• Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly frontend applications while developing robust backend services and APIs.
• Translate product requirements into well-structured technical solutions and development plans.
• Design and implement scalable application architectures that support performance, reliability, and future growth.
• Develop secure and efficient RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services where required.
• Work extensively with databases and contribute to schema design, data modeling, indexing, relationships, and query optimization.
• Identify performance bottlenecks across frontend, backend, and database layers and implement effective solutions.
• Review code, establish development best practices, and maintain high standards for code quality.
• Mentor engineers, conduct technical discussions, and provide guidance on implementation and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver features on time.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to improving system reliability and observability.
• Participate in technical planning, architecture discussions, and decisions around frameworks, tools, and engineering processes.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong fullstack development experience with hands-on expertise across frontend and backend technologies.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and software development lifecycle.
• Experience building and integrating APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of modern frontend development concepts, component-based architecture, state management, and responsive UI development.
• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language and framework.
• Solid understanding of databases, SQL/NoSQL concepts, and data persistence.
• Experience with Git, version control, debugging, testing, and deployment practices.
• Ability to independently own features and make sound technical decisions.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Schema design and database architecture.
• Experience designing normalized and scalable database schemas.
• Knowledge of indexing, query optimization, transactions, and database performance tuning.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
• Experience with microservices or distributed systems.
• Understanding of caching, message queues, and asynchronous processing.
• Prior experience mentoring developers or leading technical initiatives.
