We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Engineer to lead the design, integration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of enterprise technology platforms supporting complex manufacturing and business operations.
This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise applications across Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, shopfloor technologies, Ivalua, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate will be capable of connecting business processes with technology solutions, driving large-scale transformation initiatives, and ensuring seamless integration between enterprise systems and operational environments.
You will work closely with business, technology, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, sales, and leadership teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and evolution of enterprise technology solutions across MES, SAP, shopfloor, Ivalua, and Salesforce platforms.
- Translate business, manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, sales, and operational requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Define integration strategies between enterprise applications, manufacturing systems, shopfloor technologies, and external platforms.
- Drive seamless data flow between SAP, MES, shopfloor systems, Ivalua, and Salesforce.
- Lead enterprise application modernization, integration, and transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities to improve scalability, reliability, performance, and operational efficiency.
- Develop technology roadmaps, solution architectures, integration patterns, and technical standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, priorities, dependencies, and implementation strategies.
- Provide technical oversight for enterprise application implementations, upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, governance, compliance, and technology standards.
- Partner with manufacturing and shopfloor teams to understand production processes and enable effective digital solutions.
- Support SAP-driven business processes and integration with manufacturing and other enterprise applications.
- Work with procurement and supplier-management teams on Ivalua processes and integrations.
- Support customer, sales, and commercial processes involving Salesforce and connected enterprise systems.
- Lead technical discussions with internal engineering teams, implementation partners, and external vendors.
- Identify system risks, integration dependencies, technical debt, and opportunities for automation.
- Establish best practices for application integration, monitoring, reliability, documentation, and lifecycle management.
- Mentor technical teams and provide guidance on architecture, engineering practices, and enterprise technology decisions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and recommendations effectively to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 13+ years of experience in enterprise engineering, enterprise architecture, technology consulting, systems integration, or a related field.
- Strong hands-on and architectural understanding of MES and manufacturing technology environments.
- Proven experience working with SAP and integrating SAP with enterprise and manufacturing systems.
- Strong understanding of shopfloor systems, manufacturing processes, production operations, and shopfloor-to-enterprise integration.
- Experience with Ivalua and procurement/supplier-management technology ecosystems.
- Experience with Salesforce and its integration with enterprise business applications.
- Strong expertise in enterprise application integration, APIs, middleware, data flows, and distributed systems.
- Experience leading large-scale technology transformation, modernization, or integration programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, technology governance, security, scalability, and reliability.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder-management skills with experience engaging business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and senior executives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional technical teams and influence architecture and engineering decisions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in complex manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, or enterprise environments will be highly valuable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline is preferred.
