We are looking for an experienced Senior IAM Developer to engineer, enhance, and integrate secure Workforce IAM and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions across enterprise environments. The role focuses on building scalable, resilient, and secure identity platforms that support workforce users, customers, partners, applications, and digital services.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise across Okta, Okta Auth0, Okta Access Gateway, Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, and modern authentication protocols, with a strong understanding of Zero Trust and identity security.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Workforce IAM and CIAM solutions using Okta, Auth0, Okta Access Gateway, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Build secure authentication and authorization solutions supporting MFA, passwordless authentication, adaptive access, risk-based access, and Zero Trust.
- Design and implement federation and identity integrations using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- Develop CIAM solutions using Okta Auth0 for customer-facing applications and digital platforms.
- Implement customer identity journeys including sign-up, sign-in, profile management, consent, social identity, progressive profiling, and step-up authentication.
- Design and continuously improve Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access policies aligned with Zero Trust principles.
- Develop automation using APIs, SDKs, scripting, and configuration-as-code to improve IAM platform reliability and efficiency.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and controlled promotion of IAM, CIAM, and Conditional Access changes across environments.
- Integrate IAM and CIAM capabilities with SaaS, cloud, custom, API-based, and legacy applications.
- Lead technical IAM assessments during application onboarding, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
- Resolve complex federation, authentication, authorization, and access challenges across hybrid and multi-tenant environments.

- Contribute to security reviews, risk assessments, audits, threat modelling, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain technical designs, integration standards, engineering guidelines, runbooks, and solution documentation.
- Act as a senior technical mentor for IAM engineers and developers.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, security teams, and technology vendors to influence IAM roadmaps and solution direction.
- Provide engineering-level guidance during complex IAM incidents, escalations, releases, and technical reviews.
