We are looking for an experienced TableauNext Developer – CRM Analytics to design, develop, and optimize enterprise analytics and business intelligence solutions. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in TableauNext, Salesforce CRM Analytics, SQL, data warehousing, D3.js, and enterprise reporting.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex business and Salesforce data into scalable, high-performance dashboards, analytical applications, and reporting solutions. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver reliable, intuitive, and actionable analytics.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable analytics, BI, and enterprise reporting solutions using TableauNext and related BI platforms.
- Build and maintain enterprise dashboards, scorecards, analytical applications, and reporting frameworks.
- Define dashboard architecture, reporting structures, visualization standards, and reusable analytics components.
- Develop and optimize Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, including Einstein Analytics / Tableau CRM.
- Integrate Salesforce and CRM data with enterprise analytics and reporting platforms.
- Work with AgentForce and Salesforce integrations to support analytics and reporting requirements.
- Develop complex SQL queries and optimize data extraction, transformation, and reporting processes.
- Support data warehousing (DWH) initiatives by defining reporting structures, data consumption strategies, and analytical data requirements.
- Create advanced and customized visualizations using D3.js where standard visualization capabilities are insufficient.
- Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality-check processes for reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot dashboard performance, data quality, integration, and reporting issues.
- Review analytical solutions to ensure compliance with engineering, visualization, usability, and governance standards.
- Optimize dashboards and data processes for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
- Work closely with technical teams to support end-to-end analytics development and delivery.
- Document reporting architecture, data flows, dashboard logic, and technical implementation details.
- Mentor team members on TableauNext, CRM Analytics, SQL optimization, dashboard development, and visualization best practices.

What Makes You a Great Fit
