Generative AI Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Generative AI Designer based in India.

This role focuses on creating high volumes of photorealistic visual content using cutting-edge generative AI tools.
You will combine AI-generated imagery and video with advanced manual retouching to achieve highly realistic results.
The position blends creative design, image production, prompt engineering, and lightweight automation.
You will work closely with creative teams to develop visuals that support brand and campaign objectives.
A key focus will be maintaining consistent quality, realism, composition, and visual style across large asset volumes.
You will also help establish practical standards and workflows for AI-assisted image creation and editing.
The role offers a fully remote environment with opportunities to explore emerging generative AI technologies.

• Generate high volumes of photorealistic images and videos using generative AI platforms.
• Manually refine, retouch, and enhance AI-generated assets to achieve professional, photography-level realism.
• Create simple scripts and automations to streamline batch image generation and processing.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop visual concepts aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistent visual quality, composition, realism, and style across all creative assets.
• Monitor developments in AI image generation, editing technologies, and emerging creative workflows.
• Develop and maintain internal guidelines covering image realism, editing standards, and AI-assisted production best practices.

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency with AI-powered image and video generation platforms.
• Advanced photo editing and retouching skills using Photoshop or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of lighting, shadows, textures, composition, and visual realism.
• Familiarity with image detection technologies and methods for working effectively with AI-generated content.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, generative AI workflows, and AI model limitations.
• Ability to combine creative judgment with technical experimentation and high-volume production requirements.
• Experience with vibe coding or lightweight coding for creative automation is desirable but not required.
