Sanskrit AI Training Quality Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sanskrit AI Training Quality Specialist based in India.

As a Sanskrit AI Training Quality Specialist, you will help improve AI systems by ensuring the accuracy and consistency of Sanskrit-language training data. You will review completed tasks involving questions, images, and reference answers, carefully validating whether the provided answers are correct. Your linguistic expertise and attention to detail will help identify errors, ambiguity, and inconsistencies before data is finalized. You will provide clear, constructive feedback to trainers and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards across the project. You will also help identify recurring quality issues and communicate them to the project team. This is a fully remote opportunity offering approximately 10 hours per week with complete flexibility.

• Review completed tasks submitted by trainers, including the original question, image, and provided reference answer.

• Independently verify whether reference answers accurately correspond to the information shown in the image.

• Identify and flag incorrect, incomplete, ambiguous, or inconsistent responses.

• Provide clear and constructive feedback or corrections to help maintain high standards of data quality.

• Track recurring error patterns and communicate relevant findings to the project team.

• Ensure trainer submissions meet the project's established quality standards before final sign-off.

• Escalate unclear cases, including illegible images or ambiguous questions, to the project team for resolution.

Requirements:

• Native or near-native proficiency in Sanskrit, with strong written language skills.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.

• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to reviewing language and content.

• Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide precise, constructive feedback.

• Ability to independently assess information and identify subtle linguistic or factual inconsistencies.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to consistently apply defined quality standards.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and managing tasks within a flexible schedule.

• Previous experience in language quality assurance, content review, data annotation, AI training, or a related field is advantageous.
