• Manage hardware lifecycle activities across servers, storage, and network equipment, including installations, upgrades, moves, adds, changes, and decommissioning.
• Coordinate and execute hardware replacements and RMAs with local and international vendors, while helping maintain service continuity.
• Monitor infrastructure and environmental alerts, respond to incidents, perform first-line troubleshooting, and support a 24x7 operating environment through maintenance windows and extended-hours work as needed.
• Work within established ITIL and ITSM processes for incidents, requests, and changes, while maintaining accurate asset, location, and connectivity records in platforms including ServiceNow and Nlyte.
• Support network device deployment and basic configuration under the direction of Network Engineering, including physical connectivity, VLAN validation, link checks, and basic Layer 2 and Layer 3 troubleshooting.
• Contribute to tooling, automation, and integration efforts across DCIM, monitoring, logging, CMDB, and capacity platforms, while improving runbooks, SOPs, and recurring operational processes.

• Proven hands-on experience managing racks, cabling, hardware installations, and decommissioning across multi-cabinet environments.
• Experience supporting office technology rooms or comms rooms, including IDF and MDF environments, in addition to core datacentres.
• Strong working knowledge of datacentre power and cooling concepts, including PDUs, UPS, dual feeds, capacity management, and hot aisle or cold aisle design.
• Solid CCNA-level networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, VLANs, trunking, subnetting, basic routing, and access control concepts, with the ability to perform CLI-based troubleshooting on enterprise network devices.
• Experience working with remote management and operational tooling, including technologies such as IPMI, iDRAC, iLO, console servers, ServiceNow, Jira, and DCIM or CMDB platforms.
• Basic scripting capability in Python, PowerShell, or Bash to support task automation, reporting, and data handling.
• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills, with a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with local facilities teams, vendors, and global stakeholders across time zones.
