The role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and customization of Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous processes.
Build and enhance Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and third-party systems.
Work on Sales Cloud / Service Cloud customizations.
Develop and optimize SOQL/SOSL queries.
Create and maintain validation rules, workflows, flows, and process automation.
Perform unit testing and ensure high code coverage.
Participate in code reviews and follow best development practices.
Support deployments using CI/CD tools and change sets.
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

What you’ll bring:

3–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- SOQL/SOSL
- Salesforce Flows
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles, roles, sharing rules).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
