Based in Noida office, as a Senior Structural Engineer, you will support structural engineering for both new construction and brownfield mining, metals and other heavy industrial projects, influencing project outcomes from concept through completion. Your work will help our clients operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Demonstrated experience in structural analysis and design of steel, concrete and reinforced concrete structures
Proficiency with structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, S-Frame, STAAD, or similar)
Working knowledge of American and Canadian design codes and standards (CSA, NBC, AISC, ACI, IBC)
Experience preparing design calculations, technical specifications, and engineering reports
Familiarity with multidisciplinary project environments
Strong understanding of constructability and practical design considerations
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details
Calculation of the engineering hours details during the Consultancy tender submission and
willingness to travel in India and overseas as and when required.
Understanding of project lifecycles and the implementation in the project environment
Working hours will require up to 4 hours of overlap with North American time zone, until 12:00 a.m. IST.
Working proficiency in French language is desirable and will be considered an asset.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Master’s degree considered an asset)
8-10 years of relevant structural engineering experience (industrial, infrastructure, or buildings)
Membership of relevant professional bodies or Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Canada designation is desirable.

Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
