We have an exciting role of Motion Designer to drive and translate creative and contemporary ideas to solid design and impact. You will have a key role in the design and deployment of creative campaigns with our global clients, including many Fortune 50 companies.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to

• Create animation and motion graphics projects within our video department pipeline

• Self-starter from concept to execution

• Ability to work and create independently, but also interpret, execute, and improve upon other team members concepts and ideas

• Ability to present the creative vision and business thinking behind concepts in a coherent and inspiring manner

• Collaborate with creative stakeholders and graphic designers to generate storyboards and graphic assets

• Understanding client-side branding and vision with regard to speed and timing

• Develop templates and maintain asset libraries for use across multiple projects You will be working closely withOur global creative agency teams.

You will also be closely collaborating with our talented design team to deliver high-quality services.

Mandatory skills:

•Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Film/Production or equivalent expertise/experience)

•8-11 years of experience in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Content Development,

•Branding Agency or equivalent experience (required)

•After Effects (Boris FX Mocha and Red Giant Universe). Other BCC and Sapphire plugins are a plus.

•Integration with Adobe Premiere

•Experience with 3D software (Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Blender), plugins (Red Shift,

•X-Particles, RealFlow, Octane, and other plugins) are a plus.

•Proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop as well as the ability to transfer layers and effects into After Effects.

•Urge to continually expand repertoire by learning new software and techniques

•At least 4 years of video/motion graphics experience in a web, broadcast, or marketing firm environment

•Strong typography, composition, and storytelling abilities

•Experience with compositing, multi-pass renders, and/or VR workflows a plus

•A high level of comfort in presenting work both internally and to clients with style and confidence

•Experience in handling high-volume requests

•Good verbal and written communication
