Job description
Planning
Visiting customer on regular basis or as per planned schedule
Ensure timely response to the customer for technical related points
Execution
To execute meeting with customer for any new development project / any technical issue related to customer (new devp. / existing running)
Execute meetings with customer for future upcoming projects
Collecting all the relevant data for designing the product and transferring the same to the internal development team
Setting up of meeting with customer and internal development team for clarification of any technical points
Provide technical guidance and support to customers on products, systems, and applications
Analyze customer requirements, recommend appropriate products, and ensure optimal solutions are designed and implemented
Monitoring and Reviews
Do project reviews along with customer for updating the current status
Do tech review meetings with customer through the life cycle of the project
Getting the product design approved from the customer
To sign off relative development documents from customer
To sign off DVP with customer
Team Management
Ensure training need identification for application team
Ensure KRA setting of entireapplication team
Review performance of the team on the assigned projects (achievement of the KRAs as per the MFO/ MPCP)
Implementation of Systems and Improvements
Ensure the customer development system are adhered too
Participate in IATF/ customer audits and ensure closure of findings (CAPA)
