Job description
Job Objective:
To assure the in process teams, and management that the Plant Quality Management System is in place and is capable of meeting Avaada Plants Quality Requirements Consistently.
Job Description:
1. Perform the QA Operations as per the following Avaada Quality Policy, PQA Policies and Procedures:
a. Awareness of Avaada Quality Policy
b. Awareness of In process Quality Assurance Plan
c. Overall Responsibility of Daily IPQC & Process audits to maintain rework strictly as per SOPs.
d. Responsible for maintaining quality standards across projects, carrying out inspection, Customer audits & third-party inspection.
e. NC Actions of daily process audit.
f. Perform GEL, PEEL, Adhesion test, Wet leakage, JB pull, MLT
g. Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008,
h. Responsibility for rework & rejection analysis and improvement plans.
i. Daily Review of modules & monthly final report preparation
j. Maintain 5S at shop floor.
2. Operational Process: -
a. Human Resourcing: NA
b. Equipment Resourcing: Identify, quality equipment as per requirements in shift.
c. Day’s Planning: Conduct shift meeting, Complete checked module UD, Prepare &Circulate shift MIS
d. Plant QA Management System: Ensure all the check sheet & Criteria updated.
3.QA daily Performance Review, Improvement, and Weekly Reporting
a. Prepare and circulate daily and quarterly MIS report.
b. Conduct Skill assessment of the operator and circulate.
Work Experience:
Experience 5-8 years.
Qualification & Certification Required:
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in engineering.
Knowledge, Skills, & Technology Platform:
• Knowledge of Quality tools & their use of interpretation.
• Interactive Skills, Presentation Skills, Teamwork, document Preparation, System Audit, MS Office Proficient – Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.
• knowledge of raw material used & their measuring methods.
• knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes.
• knowledge of measuring instruments & testing equipment used in Solar module manufacturing.
