Responsible for material receipt, storage and issue per requirements following proper norms and with no damages/losses

1. Receipt of Material and Storage

· Material Receipt, Record keeping, loading/unloading, Quantity checking & verifying with PO and Bills/ Invoices.

· Keep records of inward and outwards of material.

· Keep inward material after QA clearance inside the store as per identified location.

· Make GRN, Service entry of bills & DMS timely to avoid delaying vendor payment.

· Ensure to adhere inward activities as per SOP.

· Ensure storage of all material as per storage norms

· Maintain accuracy of BOP & NON BOM parts. (System Vs Actual.)

2. Issue of Material

· Ensure issuance happens as per bar coding system

· Maintain the FIFO at the time of material issuance.

3. Managing Rejections

· Raise the vendor debit note and send the rejection on timely.

· Ensure before sending the vendor rejection 100 % counting of material and that there is not mix up of rejected material of another vendor

4. Documentation and other activities

· Prepare the MIS on daily basis.

· Work as per DWM

· Make RGP /NRGP & delivery challan as per SOP and closely monitoring with concern dept. to close the same

· Adhere the monthly PIV plan

· Handle the hazardous material receiving and storage activity.

· Participation in Internal & External audit and prevent any NC from customer side
