Executive_Safety New Oleo Plant_ Krishnapatnam Unit 2

Position Responsibility:

1.      Functional Responsibilities

·        Ensure Safety of the plant & machinery and person round the clock.

·       Provide professional guidance, assistance and training to all health, safety and environmental control personnel, staff & managers as and when required.

·       Knowledge of Legal aspects regarding EHS. Good analytical skills. Good knowledge of safety audits and Management systems ISO 9001:2000; ISO 14001:2004 & OHSAS 18001:2007.

·        To identify different check points for better Safety Management.

·        Ensure proper EHS all over the process and living area.

·        Adopt proper systems and procedures for better GMP all over the plant. Ensure to follow ISO & HACCP systems.

·        Conducting regular safety committee meetings to ensure continuous monitoring of safety practices.

·        Implementing Fire & Safety Policies to ensure compliance of PPE usage.

·        Display of various MSDS, Safety Rules, Escape Routes and Warning Signage

·        Carrying out Safety audit periodically to assess unsafe acts and conditions and advising management on remedial actions.

2.      General Responsibilities

·        Maintain ISO Documentation.

·        To provide timely MIS.

·        Carrying out mock drill to practice emergency drill.

·        Carrying out induction training for all new employees.

·        Conducting refresher training for sharping skills.
