- Ensure execution and implementation of safety norms to minimize the accident in QA Physical Department- Track the number of observations in Safety audit and number of accidents

- Conduct test for New product and support the manufacturing team to develop the same- Conduct the process audit along with the system in charge, implementation of counter-measures in QA physical department and provide support to other department- Minimize the internal rejection & isolation; monitor the number of NC's related to the QA department testing/inspection- Monitor and conduct the testing as per control plan and monitor the number of customer complaints / internal rejection related to the testing- Conduct Product audit & support all departments to take counter-measures- Manage the maintenance activities to keep the equipments/machineries of QA lab in healthy condition

- Check and control implementation of TQM, QMS activities as per company guidelines- Monitor and analyse result of internal audits

- Ensure up gradation of manpower through QC circle activities/ improvement activities & support the 5 "S" activity in QA department- Provide training as per competency mapping & X-matrix

- Ensure monitoring and control over budgets, its timeliness and analysis of variance between actuals and targeted budget
