About the Team and the Role

The Dash team at Ather is responsible for developing robust ERP solutions and managing seamless platform workflows to drive high-performance business applications.

This role is for a Salesforce ERP Engineer who will be responsible for designing custom UI components, developing Apex classes and triggers, ensuring code quality through strict standards, and supporting cross-functional business requirements across Ather's systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop Apex classes/triggers and custom UI using LWC, Aura, and Visualforce/Lightning Pages based on business requirements.

• Establish and enforce code review standards with a focus on performance, scalability, security, and test class documentation.

• Provide technical mentorship to junior developers and manage task workflows efficiently.

• Collaborate closely with managers, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into product solutions.

• Create technical documentation including API specifications, solution designs, and feature implementations.

• Maintain and support production applications to ensure continuity across products and services.

Experience and Qualifications

1. 3 - 5 years of Experience

2. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

3. Relevant experience in Salesforce development, including LWC, Apex, and continuous integration pipelines.

Must Have Competencies

• Expertise in custom Salesforce development, including Apex classes, Apex triggers, and test classes.

• Advanced capability in Lightning Components Design and Development across Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Salesforce administration setup and system configuration.

• Proven hands-on expertise in Salesforce integration with external systems and APIs.

Good to Have Competencies

• Proficiency in front-end scripting and programming using JavaScript.

• Working knowledge of version control systems and repositories using Git.
