We are seeking a customer-focused Technical Consultant to provide end-to-end technical consulting, solution design, deployment, upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting, performance analysis, training, and documentation for Seclore solutions. The role requires hands-on expertise across Windows/Linux infrastructure, web and application servers, databases, networking, security, Docker, and cloud technologies — plus the ability to translate complex customer requirements into practical solutions and use AI tools responsibly to boost technical productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Consulting & Solution Design

• Run technical discovery workshops and analyze customer environments to design deployment and integration architectures.
• Prepare HLD/LLD, sizing, and configuration documentation, and act as technical advisor through the implementation lifecycle.

Deployment, Upgrades & Migrations

• Lead end-to-end installation, configuration, integration, and production-readiness of Seclore solutions.
• Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, redeployments, and platform transformations with minimal customer disruption.

Troubleshooting & Performance

• Diagnose complex issues via log, system, and network analysis; drive structured root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Perform health checks, performance benchmarking, infrastructure sizing, and capacity planning with actionable recommendations.

Enterprise Security & Cloud

• Work with AD/LDAP, SSL/TLS, DNS, firewalls, load balancers, and enterprise authentication systems to secure deployments.
• Support on-prem, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Docker/containerized deployments, including container networking and lifecycle management.

Automation, AI & Documentation

• Automate deployment, monitoring, and operational tasks using PowerShell/Shell (Python a plus); build reusable tooling.
• Use approved GenAI/LLM tools responsibly for research, troubleshooting, and documentation, validating outputs before use.
• Maintain high-quality technical documentation — HLD/LLD, deployment guides, migration plans, and health-check reports.

Customer & Project Management

• Act as trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact, managing expectations across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Presales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Cloud/DevOps teams to deliver projects on time and to quality.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong background in enterprise software deployment, implementation, and troubleshooting, with solid infrastructure and architecture knowledge.
• Windows Server, Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu), Apache/Tomcat, SSL/TLS, and core networking (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall, proxy, load balancer).
• Relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and Docker/containerized application deployments.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud networking/security fundamentals.
• PowerShell/Shell scripting for automation; Python is a plus.
• Practical awareness of GenAI/LLM tools and responsible AI usage, including data privacy and output validation.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; able to work independently and cross-functionally.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and a continuous-learning mindset across multiple concurrent projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as RHCSA/RHCE, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, or Microsoft.
• Experience with enterprise cybersecurity/information-security products and large, complex deployments.
• Experience with cloud/platform migration, containerization, or performance benchmarking.
• Knowledge of DevOps/CI/CD, security hardening, and REST API integrations.

Working Hours & Flexibility

• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to support customers across different global time zones.
• Working hours may be adjusted based on project schedules and customer requirements, with planned activities communicated in advance wherever possible.
• Willingness to participate in an on-call or extended-hours support arrangement when required for critical customer activities.
