1) Production/Productivity
· Responsible for Run Plant on Optimum Capacity.
· Responsible for managing Good Quality of Product.
· Responsible for Cost Reduction of Plant & Good Productivity.
· Responsible For Reduce Utility & Chemical Consumption
· Maintain Daily Production Report/Data.
· Material Balancing Check Time to Time.
· Improve Process Safety & Automation in Plant,
2) Maintenance
· Responsible for Plant Preventive/Predictive Maintenance Work.
· Minimize Breakdown Maintenance.
· Managing the spare inventory minimum level
· Responsible For external Service
· Verify Contractor Bill.
· Manage Shift Schedule & Leave
· Routine/Maintenance Work Distribution
· Audit Documents Review Timely.
3) SAP
· Material PR (SAP).
· Material Code Extension in Plant.
· New Material Code Create in Plant.
· Service PR (SAP).
· PM Order/Notification Activity.
· Production Entry in SAP.
· Production Entry Check & Material Balancing.
· Service Entry Sheet Create in SAP.
4) GMP
· Verify Audit & Prepared Documents.
· Conduct/LEAD PSM Audit & Prepare Documents.
· Maintain Good GMP.
5) Safety
· Follow AWL HRW Permits & Ensure Safety Rules Should be Follow in Plant Premises Effectively.
· Hazards Reporting in Enablon.
· Conduct Training Program & Make TBT Report.
· Found Process Problem/Issue & Mitigate All Issue for Process Improvement.
Conduct Self audit For Good GMP/Mitigate Hazard/Continues Process Improvement.
