• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and performing finished product QC testing at the warehouse, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, test methods, sampling plans, quality procedures, and documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform sampling of finished product batches as per approved sampling plans.

• Perform and review QC testing including appearance, colour, odour, pH, viscosity, centrifuge, specific gravity, moisture, and other applicable physical/chemical tests.

• Review analytical results against approved specifications and ensure timely completion of QC reports.

• Maintain accurate, complete, traceable, and compliant QC documentation.

• Maintain COAs, MOAs, SOPs, STPs, specifications, sampling plans, test methods, test reports, and other quality records.

• Ensure the latest approved versions of controlled documents are available and used.

• Maintain batch-wise QC records and ensure proper filing and retrieval.

• Manage controlled and retained samples with proper identification, storage, traceability, and retention.

• Review laboratory, instrument, sampling, and other QC records for accuracy and compliance.

• Identify and escalate OOS results, deviations, abnormalities, documentation gaps, and quality concerns.

• Coordinate with Warehouse and HO Quality teams for batch release, investigations, and follow-up actions.

• Support stability testing, audits, investigations, CAPA, and deviation management.

• Coordinate instrument calibration, verification, and maintenance activities.

• Guide junior QC executives/analysts and review their test results and records.

• Ensure effective and consistent day-to-day QC operations at the warehouse.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on knowledge of finished product QC testing.

• Strong understanding of physical and chemical analysis.

• Experience in OOS, deviation, investigation, and troubleshooting activities.

• Knowledge of QC documentation and controlled documents.

• Understanding of stability testing and laboratory practices.

• Knowledge of instrument calibration, verification, and maintenance.

• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to guide and supervise junior QC team members.
