Full Stack Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Full Stack Engineer based in India.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help build and enhance internal AI-powered applications that support smarter, faster business operations.
You’ll work closely with engineering leadership to turn well-defined requirements into reliable, secure, and high-performing products.
The role combines backend development, frontend engineering, cloud infrastructure, and API integrations.
You’ll work with technologies such as Python or Node.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, and Google Cloud Platform.
You’ll also integrate proprietary data with modern LLM APIs and emerging agent-development frameworks.
This is a hands-on delivery-focused environment where clean code, ownership, testing, and dependable execution are highly valued.
The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of full-stack engineering and practical AI applications.

• Build and maintain production-grade features for internal AI applications and business platforms.

• Develop robust backend services using Python and/or Node.js, while creating clean and functional frontend experiences using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.

• Design, build, integrate, and consume REST and GraphQL APIs to connect internal systems and external services.

• Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to integrate proprietary data with LLM APIs and emerging agent-development frameworks.

• Write well-tested, maintainable code and ensure new functionality integrates reliably with existing systems.

• Deploy and support applications within modern cloud infrastructure, with a focus on availability, security, performance, and reliability.

• Independently pick up development tasks, manage priorities, and deliver features on time while proactively communicating blockers.

Requirements

• Proven full-stack development experience, including building and deploying production-grade services with Python and/or Node.js.

• Strong experience with modern frontend technologies such as React, Vue, TypeScript, or comparable frameworks.

• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, including containerized deployments such as Docker and Cloud Run.

• Familiarity with infrastructure and deployment practices, including Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform.

• Strong experience building and consuming REST and/or GraphQL APIs and integrating third-party services.

• A self-directed, delivery-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and seek clarification or support when needed.

• Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, including hands-on curiosity about LLMs and basic agentic systems; prior AI research experience is not required.

• Ability to work with at least 4 hours of daily overlap with UK business hours (09:00–17:00 GMT/BST).

• Professional written and spoken English proficiency at CEFR C1/C2 level.
