Oracle EBS Integrations Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Oracle EBS Integrations Consultant based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to design, develop, and optimize critical integrations between Oracle E-Business Suite and modern cloud-based applications. You will help ensure seamless data flow and strong alignment between technology platforms and business processes across hybrid environments. The position combines Oracle Financials expertise with API development, web services, middleware, automation, and performance optimization. You will work across key finance modules while supporting reliable and scalable integration solutions. A strong focus on troubleshooting, data integrity, compliance, and Oracle best practices will be central to your work. This is an environment suited to a technically strong consultant who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.

• Design, develop, and implement integrations between Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and Purchasing, and cloud-based applications using APIs, web services, and middleware technologies.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Oracle concurrent programs, interfaces, workflows, and other integration components to support reliable business processes.
• Develop and support integrations with SaaS platforms and other enterprise applications within hybrid Oracle environments.
• Fine-tune batch jobs, eFile processes, and integration points to improve system performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot integration and production issues, identify root causes, and implement effective resolutions while minimizing disruption to business operations.
• Ensure integration solutions follow Oracle best practices, audit requirements, data integrity standards, and applicable compliance expectations.
• Create and maintain technical specifications, integration documentation, process guides, and other technical artifacts required for effective system support and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project partners to understand requirements and deliver solutions that support financial and operational objectives.

Requirements:

• Bring 5–7 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years managing or supporting Oracle EBS projects and integration initiatives.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS R12 Financials, particularly Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Possess strong technical knowledge of Oracle EBS 12.1.3 and experience working with PL/SQL, APIs, SOAP/REST web services, and Oracle integration technologies.
• Have practical experience with cloud integration platforms, SaaS applications, tax compliance systems, and middleware solutions such as Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Integration Cloud, or comparable technologies.
• Demonstrate proven capabilities in performance tuning, troubleshooting, automation, and developing reliable integration solutions for enterprise environments.
• Possess excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to translate technical requirements into effective business solutions.
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is considered an advantage.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Financials, hybrid Oracle environments, and financial reporting integrations is preferred.
