Job Title: Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management Consultant - RPA Developer (Blueprism)

The Purpose of Your Role:

As a team member in the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining automation solutions using Blue Prism. Additionally, this team member will be accountable for the end-to-end automation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of automated processes.

This team is responsible for automating manual and repetitive business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, improving process accuracy, and delivering scalable automation solutions that align with business and customer expectations. The team ensures automation platforms are stable, sustainable, and continuously optimized to support evolving business requirements.

As a team member in the RPA Team, you will actively participate in the design, development, support, and enhancement of automation solutions using Blue Prism while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders across multiple functions.

You will be responsible for automating MyAccess Processes, supporting CAST automation initiatives, identifying new automation opportunities, and ensuring bots operate efficiently and reliably. You will contribute to process optimization, operational efficiency, and business transformation through the effective use of automation technologies.
 

The Skills that are Key to this role:

 

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Blue Prism Development and Support.
• Good understanding of the RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Experience in automating business processes using Blue Prism Object Studio and Process Studio.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
• Knowledge of SQL for data extraction, validation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Experience supporting production automations and resolving bot failures, exceptions, and process issues.
• Ability to monitor bot performance and identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Candidate must be able to multitask and work with teams located domestically and offshore (India/Ireland/USA).
• Candidate should be able to identify automation opportunities and suggest process improvements.
• Experience working with web applications, Windows applications, Excel automation, and file based integrations.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and operational procedures.
• Candidate should be able to troubleshoot automation related incidents and provide timely resolution.
• Candidate should demonstrate a continuous learning mindset and bring innovative ideas to improve business processes through automation.

• Knowledge of software development best practices, exception handling, logging, and version control concepts.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:

• Experience with process assessment and automation feasibility analysis.
• Knowledge of APIs, PowerShell, VBA, or scripting technologies.
• Understanding of ITIL concepts.
• Experience working with ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
• Exposure to Blue Prism and Low-Code Automation Platforms.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to service excellence.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
