Laravel Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Laravel Developer based in India.

As a Laravel Developer, you will design, develop, and enhance web applications that support modern digital transformation initiatives. You will work across the full development lifecycle, from implementing new features to maintaining and optimizing existing systems. The role offers the opportunity to build scalable, reliable solutions using Laravel and PHP. You will collaborate closely with developers and contribute to the integration of front-end and back-end functionality. Your work will directly support the delivery of efficient, high-quality software projects. This is a fully remote opportunity within a collaborative and flexible environment. You will also have opportunities to strengthen your technical skills while working with modern web technologies.

• Collaborate with the development team to design, implement, and continuously improve Laravel-based web applications.
• Develop, test, maintain, and optimize robust and scalable PHP/Laravel code while following established development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve reliability, functionality, and overall performance.
• Work closely with front-end developers to integrate user-facing interfaces with server-side logic and application functionality.
• Contribute to software project planning, development, and execution while ensuring deliverables meet technical and quality expectations.
• Monitor Laravel framework developments and relevant industry practices, applying appropriate improvements to ongoing projects.
• Participate actively in a collaborative remote development environment and contribute ideas that improve technical solutions and development processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 4–6 years of professional experience developing applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Solid understanding of Laravel development principles, with the ability to build maintainable, efficient, and scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of database design, development, and management using MySQL.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed remote development team.
• Strong attention to code quality, best practices, and continuous technical improvement.
