Position Summary

Role : Production Support Lead

Reporting to : Head – BSG & Support

Place of Posting : HO

Geographical Remit : Mumbai

No of reportees : 2

Key Responsibilities

· Leading the support team

· Lead the defect triage call

· Support MIS and Dashboard creation for higher management review

· Make healthy relationship with business team and Promptness in communication with business team

· IT Partner Management and coordination with Partner Support team/lead

· Follow-up and take responsibilities for unresolved issues and BU escalation

· Ensure proper RCA receive from Partner support team

· Escalate support cases and priority issues to management as appropriate using good judgment in when and how to escalate.

· Run the support shop in shifts

· Coordination with Infra team

Required Experience:

8-10 Years Professional experience with development and support to achieve the operational excellence

Educational Qualification

B.Tech/BE/MCA degree in computer science or equivalent Technical degree

Technical Competencies

· Good understanding of Java Spring and Hibernate

· Deep understanding of Java based application

· Good understanding of database-My SQL, SQL, ORCALE

· Hands on development, Algorithm, data Structure

· Good understanding of API integration, post men testing

· Understanding of Micro services and API gateway

· Frontend and Backend architecture understanding

· Data warehouse

· AWS knowledge will be advantage

· Review Patch deployment and release note for bug fix

· Sound knowledge of Lending domain IT platform (LOS, LMS, Collection, BRE)

· Well verse about Defect life cycle

· Well verse about Defect tracking tool like Jira and Open source defect tool like Redmine, Bug Zila etc.

· SOP Creation for Support function

· NBFC IT Support team leading exposure
