Senior TRIRIGA MREF Developer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior TRIRIGA MREF Developer based in India.

This role offers the opportunity to work on enterprise-grade IBM TRIRIGA/MREF solutions within complex Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) environments.
You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from configuration and customization through integrations, testing, deployment, and production support.
The position involves working across real estate, lease administration, space, facilities, capital projects, reservations, and asset management capabilities.
You will design scalable technical solutions and integrate the platform with broader enterprise applications and systems.
The role combines hands-on development with technical problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design.
You will work with global teams and enterprise clients while contributing to modernization, upgrades, and post-go-live initiatives.
There is also an opportunity to mentor junior developers and help shape technical solutions within the TRIRIGA/MREF ecosystem.

• TRIRIGA/MREF Development: Design, develop, configure, customize, test, and support IBM TRIRIGA/MREF solutions across enterprise IWMS environments.

• Module Development: Work across Real Estate, Lease Administration, Space Management, Facilities Management, Capital Projects, Reservations, and Asset Management modules.

• Platform Configuration: Develop and maintain Business Objects, Forms, Data Models, Queries, Workflows, Notifications, Business Rules, and other TRIRIGA components.

• Enterprise Integrations: Build and support integrations using OSLC, REST APIs, Integration Objects, Data Integrator, Data Connect, JSON, and Web Services.

• Custom Development: Develop custom solutions using Java and JavaScript and troubleshoot application, integration, and platform-related issues.

• Data Management: Support data migration, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and performance optimization activities.

• Deployment & Support: Participate in upgrades, deployments, UAT, production support, post-go-live activities, and ongoing platform enhancements.

• Documentation & Solution Design: Prepare technical and functional documentation and contribute to requirements analysis, architecture, and solution-design discussions.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with architects, functional consultants, QA teams, business analysts, and client stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

• Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical design, solutioning, troubleshooting, and development best practices.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• TRIRIGA Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in IBM TRIRIGA development, implementation, configuration, or production support.

• MREF Expertise: Strong understanding of the TRIRIGA/MREF platform architecture and hands-on development capabilities.

• Core Platform Skills: Experience with Workflows, Business Objects, Data Integrator, Integration Objects, Data Connect, Migration Manager, and reporting.

• Integration Expertise: Strong experience with OSLC, REST APIs, JSON, Web Services, and enterprise application integrations.

• Programming & Databases: Proficiency in SQL/Oracle with exposure to Java and JavaScript.

• Lifecycle Experience: Practical experience with TRIRIGA upgrades, data migration, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Enterprise Integration: Experience integrating TRIRIGA/MREF with ERP, HR, GIS, financial, asset management, or other enterprise systems is preferred.

• Additional Technologies: Knowledge of BIRT reporting, React/UX, Git, Jira, Azure DevOps, or CI/CD practices is a plus.

• IWMS Knowledge: Experience working across multiple IWMS modules and familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is beneficial.

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex application and integration issues.

• Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

• Collaboration: Experience working with distributed or global teams is preferred.

• Certification: IBM TRIRIGA/MREF certification is a plus.
