Technical Advisory: Act as a technical advisor, offering expert guidance and troubleshooting to resolve technical challenges for customers across various industries. Knowledge Sharing: Develop and share best practices through recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, and sample code to support internal teams and customers. Client Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, propose solutions, and ensure the successful implementation of cloud technologies. Travel: Be prepared to travel up to 30% or more as needed to support client projects and deliver hands-on assistance.
