Full Stack Python Developer Experience: 7+ Years Location: Bengaluru – Indiranagar Work Model: Hybrid Employment Type: Contract Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Python Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in building scalable and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python backend development, React/Next.js frontend development, and PostgreSQL. The candidate will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to develop robust applications, APIs, and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring scalability, performance, and code quality. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable web applications. Develop robust backend services and REST APIs using Python. Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React and/or Next.js. Design, develop, optimize, and maintain PostgreSQL databases. Collaborate with product, UI/UX, and engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Write clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code. Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes. Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Follow Agile development practices and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Contribute to technical discussions and provide innovative solutions to complex problems. Required Skills 7+ years of strong hands-on experience in software development, with significant experience in Full Stack development. Strong expertise in Python backend development. Good hands-on experience with React and/or Next.js. Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database concepts. Good understanding of REST APIs, web application architecture, and backend services. Experience in designing and developing scalable applications. Strong understanding of software development best practices, coding standards, and testing. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration skills.
