Role Summary:
Senior Flutter Developer leads the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart, while mentoring junior developers and ensuring app performance and scalability.
Roles & Responsibilities
Write clean, reusable, secure, and maintainable code
Follow SOLID, DRY, KISS, and standard coding practices
Independently handle features from requirement analysis to production release
Review code and guide junior developers
Debug complex production and platform-specific issues
Collaborate effectively with product, backend, design, and QA teams
Prior Experience:
- 4–6 years of mobile application development experience
- Strong production experience with Flutter
- Applications published on the Play Store or App Store
- Experience handling scalable consumer, service, e-commerce, or transaction-based applications
- Native Android or iOS knowledge will be an advantage
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Strong understanding of Flutter widgets, lifecycle, navigation, responsive UI, async
- programming, streams, and null safety
- Hands-on experience with major state-management solutions:
- Bloc / Cubit GetX
- Provider River pod
- Knowledge of secure mobile development practices:
- Secure token storage
- Clean Architecture
- MVC / MVVM / MVX
- Repository Pattern
- Feature-based and modular architecture
- Dependency Injection
- Experience integrating REST APIs, WebSocket's, payment gateways, push notifications, maps, deep links, analytics, and third-party SDKs
- Encryption
- API and authentication security
- Root/jailbreak detection
- Code obfuscation
- OWASP mobile security practices
- Strong knowledge of testing:
- Unit testing
- Widget testing
- Integration testing
- Bloc/controller testing
- Mocking and code coverage
- Performance and security testing
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with AI agents and LLM integrations
- Experience with multimodal LLMs is optional
- Experience with Firebase, local databases, caching, offline handling, and background services
- Knowledge of Android and iOS build, signing, deployment, Play Store, App Store, and TestFlight processes
- Experience with Git, code reviews, CI/CD, debugging, profiling, and performance optimization
