Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack, ensuring reliable, scalable, and high-quality application performance.
Convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive React.js interfaces that provide a consistent and user-friendly experience across different devices.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to enable smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
Debug, optimize, and maintain existing applications by identifying technical issues and improving performance, stability, and functionality.
Collaborate with designers and developers to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions within project timelines.
Use Claude Code for AI-assisted development and review, test, and validate AI-generated code before integrating it into production applications.

Strong experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a good understanding of modern web development practices.
Experience working with Next.js and TypeScript for building modern and maintainable web applications.
Ability to convert Figma/PSD designs into responsive, pixel-accurate, and user-friendly web interfaces.
Experience working with REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MongoDB, and Prisma ORM for application and database development.
Knowledge of Git for version control and a good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Understanding of responsive web development and cross-browser compatibility to ensure applications work effectively across devices and browsers.
Ability to debug existing codebases, identify issues, implement fixes, and work independently when required.
Hands-on experience with Claude Code is mandatory, along with the ability to effectively review and validate AI-assisted code.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to understand requirements and work effectively with the development team.

Work on real-world projects for global clients and gain practical experience in professional software development.
Gain exposure to AI-assisted development workflows and learn how to effectively use AI tools such as Claude Code during development.
Collaborate with developers, designers, and other team members in a fast-paced and innovative development environment.
