We are a fast-growing AI startup building tools to automate and enhance how companies respond to RFI (Request for Information) based on their own data sources. We are seeking a meticulous and motivated AI Data Quality and Verification Associate to help validate AI-generated responses, ensure high data quality, and contribute feedback to improve the system's learning and performance. The candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a QA Analyst or AI Trainer role as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities:

Review AI-generated answers for RFIs and validate their accuracy, completeness, and relevance.
Cross-check information against original data sources (documents, spreadsheets, websites, etc.).
Highlight inaccuracies, missing information, or contextual errors in the responses.
Provide structured feedback to the product and training teams to refine the AI model.
Tag or annotate responses and data points for model training and continuous improvement.
Ensure that source documents are clean, properly structured, and formatted for ingestion.
Collaborate with the QA, product, and development teams for issue resolution and quality improvements.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Good command of written English and comprehension skills.
Basic understanding of data formats like Excel, PDF, Word, and online knowledge bases.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
Interest in AI, automation, or data verification is a plus.
Prior experience in data annotation, QA, or documentation review is desirable but not mandatory

Location & Work Mode:

Remote or Hybrid
Flexible work hours, but availability during core collaboration hours is preferred.
