About the Role:
Responsible for installation, troubleshooting, repair, replacement, and maintenance of IFPD devices at customer
locations across Hyderabad, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend customer sites for IFPD installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, replacement and service.
- Diagnose and repair hardware issues related to Power Board, Motherboard, T-Con, LCM, Touch/IR PCB,
- FFCs, OPS, Display, Audio, Camera, and connectivity ports.
- Perform internal hardware inspection, connector/FFC checks, voltage measurements, spare-part replacement, and functional testing.
- Troubleshoot software, firmware, APK, Windows/Android, OPS, and application-related issues.
- Handle basic IT hardware and LAN/network troubleshooting.
- Perform IFPD installation/uninstallation and post-repair testing.
- Collect photos, videos, serial numbers, voltage readings, and technical details and prepare accurate RCA reports.
- Coordinate with the Service/Support team for technical assistance and ensure cases are closed within the defined SLA.
- Ensure proper packing and handover of faulty panels/spares for reverse pickup for the service cases attended.
- Maintain professional customer communication and ensure a positive on-site experience.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on knowledge of IFPD hardware servicing.
- Good knowledge of IFPD hardware, electronics, software troubleshooting, Windows/Android, firmware/APK, OPS, and LAN/network troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of using multimeter and diagnostic tools.
- Good communication, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Must own a bike/two-wheeler and have a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel across Hyderabad and nearby customer locations.
- Comfortable working independently at customer sites.
- Travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.
