Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer to design, develop, and implement customer data and digital marketing solutions using Adobe Experience Platform. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer data management, profile unification, audience segmentation, data ingestion, and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Configure and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles and Customer Journey Analytics.
  • Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines from various source systems.
  • Create and manage schemas, datasets, identities, and data governance policies.
  • Build audience segments and activation workflows for marketing campaigns.
  • Integrate AEP with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and third-party applications.
  • Develop APIs and data integrations using REST APIs and cloud technologies.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and marketing teams to define customer experience requirements.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize data processing performance.
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Experience with:
    • Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)
    • Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
    • Adobe Launch/Data Collection
    • Adobe Analytics
    • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Knowledge of XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas.
  • Experience with data ingestion, ETL processes, and API integrations.
  • Strong SQL skills and exposure to data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with JSON, REST APIs, and data mapping techniques.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and consent management.

Preferred Skills

  • Adobe certifications in AEP, RT-CDP, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
  • Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and customer-centric mindset.
