Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and structured Senior Full Stack Developer with 6 to 8 years of experience to drive the architecture, development, and scaling of our enterprise applications. In this role, you will lead backend modernization using robust Java ecosystem patterns while building real-time, highly responsive frontends using Angular 18+.

The ideal candidate possesses deep foundational knowledge of data structures, multithreading, and Object-Oriented Design (OOD), coupled with extensive experience managing complex state in modern, component-driven client-side frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Execution: Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-grade web applications utilizing Java (Backend) and Angular (Frontend) frameworks.
Backend Engineering: Build and scale decoupled, high-performance backend services using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
Frontend Engineering: Architect modular, component-based user interfaces in Angular 18+ using TypeScript, managing reactive data flows cleanly.
API & Real-Time Integration: Design and consume high-throughput RESTful APIs and integrate WebSockets for low-latency, real-time data streaming.
System Design & Modeling: Formulate robust Object-Oriented design strategies, using UML modeling to map out real-time systems and architecture flows.
State Management & Performance: Handle complex data streaming via RxJS and govern global client state using NgRx (Redux) patterns
Collaborative Delivery: Partner closely with Product Managers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Architects within an Agile/Scrum environment to ship clean, peer-reviewed code.
Database Management: Model and optimize relational schemas and handle document/XML storage paradigms across SQL and NoSQL engines.

Technical Skill Matrix

Backend Engineering (Java Core)

Language Mastery: Expert-level Core Java (Java 8/11/17) with strong implementation of Data Structures & Algorithms.
Advanced Core Java: Deep production experience with the Java Collections Framework, Java Threads
Design Frameworks: Rigorous application of SOLID principles, GoF Design Patterns, and OO design methodologies.
Enterprise Ecosystem: Mastery of Spring Boot, Spring Microservices, Hibernate/JPA, and API patterns.

Frontend Engineering (Angular UI)

Framework Version: Deep hands-on proficiency with Angular 18+ (including modern component architectures, signals, and inject tokens) or modern React.js syntax.
Core UI Languages: Strong foundational command over TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and semantic CSS.
State & Streams: Production experience working with asynchronous data streams in RxJS and explicit store setups via NgRx.
Data Visualization (Good to have): Custom data rendering capability using D3.js.

Databases, Infrastructure & Tools

Database Engines: Experience managing standard relational SQL variants alongside NoSQL platforms like MongoDB or XML databases like BaseX.
IDE Ecosystem: Primary development workflow management utilizing Visual Studio Code (VS Code).
Testing Harnesses: Test-Driven Development (TDD) mindset with hands-on profiling using Junit (Backend) and Jasmine/Karma (Frontend).
Infrastructure & DevOps: Solid fundamentals using Git version control, tracking work metrics via Jira, and interacting with CI/CD deployment pipelines (Docker/Kubernetes/Cloud platforms preferred).

Education & Experience Requirements

Experience: 6 to 8 years of commercial software engineering experience shipping enterprise-scale Java and modern JavaScript framework web applications.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an allied technical stream.
