  • Create and review lecture notes, subject modules, MCQ banks, sectional tests and full-length mock tests.
  • Track syllabus changes, landmark judgments, new legislation and amendments; update content within the cycle.
  • Analyse previous-year papers and exam trends to keep the curriculum and test series exam-aligned.
  • Deliver regular YouTube content for the LegalEdge channel (live sessions, topic explainers, current legal updates) and contribute to webinars and social content.
Student mentoring and outcomes
  • Run one-on-one and small-group mentoring; build individual study plans for at-risk and high-potential students.
  • Review test performance and share actionable feedback with students and the academic team.
  • Support students through post-result counselling (college choice for LLM, JRF/AP pathways for NET).
Business and team support
  • Conduct demo classes, orientation sessions and webinars that support enrolments.
  • Work with Growth, Product and Operations teams on batch planning, schedules and student feedback.
  • Mentor junior faculty and subject matter experts on content standards.

  • Strong command of core and optional law subjects, including the new criminal laws (BNS, BNSS, BSA).
  • Fluency in English; comfortable teaching in Hinglish for mixed-language batches.
  • Hands-on YouTube exposure: on-camera teaching, live streams or recorded lectures for an education channel.
Preferred
  • JRF qualified, or Ph.D. (pursuing or completed) in Law.
  • LLM from an NLU or a top-tier law school.
  • Proven record of student selections in CLAT PG / AILET PG or NET/JRF results.
  • Prior experience teaching on live online platforms.

Skills and competencies

  • Clear, engaging explanation of complex legal concepts for an exam-focused audience.
  • Strong MCQ framing, question-setting and paper-analysis ability.
  • Command of case law and the ability to link judgments to likely exam questions.
  • Comfort with online teaching tools (Zoom, digital pen/tablet, LMS, Google Workspace).
  • Student-first mindset with patience for mentoring and doubt-solving.
  • Ownership of results, deadlines and content quality.
  • Collaborative working with academic, growth and operations teams.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation aligned to experience and results.
  • A national platform to teach thousands of post-graduate law aspirants.
  • Opportunity to build a personal brand through LegalEdge's YouTube and digital channels.
