About the role  

As a Networking Senior Engineer - Multi-Vendor Routing & Switching Specialization, you will design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise routing and switching infrastructures across Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, and Arista platforms. We will count on you to lead technical initiatives, optimize network performance and reliability, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide junior engineers in multi-vendor networking best practices. Along the way, you will get to:  

• Design enterprise network architectures, topologies, segmentation, redundancy, high-availability, and migration strategies for data center, campus, branch, and WAN environments. 

• Lead routing and switching deployments across Cisco, Meraki, Juniper, and Arista platforms, including routing protocols, VLANs, spanning tree, port channels, QoS, security controls, and network services. 

• Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, performance optimization, capacity planning, security and compliance support, and network monitoring across heterogeneous environments. 

• Develop automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions using Python, Bash, Ansible, Terraform, APIs, NETCONF/YANG, and CI/CD practices while mentoring engineers and engaging stakeholders. to four responsibilities

What we’re looking for 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience) 

• Minimum 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience  

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on routing and switching experience across multiple vendors  

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with each of the following: Cisco, Juniper, and Arista platforms 

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher (CCNP Enterprise preferred)  

• Juniper Networks Certified Associate (JNCIA) or higher (JNCIP preferred)  

• Arista Certified Network Associate (ACNA) or equivalent
