The AI & Analytics Specialist helps an organization turn data into business value by leveraging analytics, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision making. The role bridges business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring that data, AI solutions, and insights support strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and innovation.
About the role
As AI & Analytics Specialist, you report to IT Strategy & Data Manager directly and work closely with BPO team and IT Architect team. This position is responsible for the governance of global reporting and the expansion of AI knowledge, capabilities and implementation in the company.
Key responsibilities
Business Intelligence & Insights
Analyze business data and deliver actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Develop dashboards and reports, as well as manage and maintain semantic models on Power BI.
AI & Advanced Analytics
Design, develop, and maintain AI agents and automations, and predictive analytics solutions.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative applications.
Business Partnership
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and priorities.
Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions that deliver measurable value.
Data Governance & Quality
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, security, and compliance with governance standards.
Promote responsible AI practices and effective data management processes.
Automation & Continuous Improvement
Automate reporting, workflows, and decision-support processes.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and business outcomes.
