We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design and implementation of an enterprise Agentic AI platform built on AWS Bedrock, AWS AgentCore, LangChain, MCP Servers, FastAPI, and cloud-native microservices. The candidate will lead the architecture and development of AI agents that interact with enterprise applications through APIs and workflow skills to automate business processes and provide intelligent assistance. The platform will support governed AI workflows, auditability, authorization, observability, and enterprise-grade integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Design scalable AI agent workflows using AWS Bedrock and LangChain.
Lead design reviews and establish engineering best practices.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and fresh graduates.
Build multi-agent systems using AgentCore.
Develop AI Skills, Tools, Knowledge Sources, and Agent orchestration workflows.
Implement prompt engineering and agent evaluation frameworks.
Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
Build and expose domain-driven APIs using FastAPI.
Design MCP tools and server architecture.
Implement authentication, authorization, audit trails, and governance controls.
Establish observability, monitoring, and tracing for AI workflows.
Skills:
AI & LLM Technologies: AWS Bedrock, Agentic AI architectures, LangChain / LangGraph, Prompt Engineering
Backend Engineering: Python (Expert), FastAPI, REST APIs, Event-driven architecture, Microservices
Cloud Technologies: AWS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB or PostgreSQL
