This role focuses on building agent-based architectures leveraging LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and real-time decision-making systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in AI/ML, backend engineering, and deploying scalable AI solutions in production environments. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs and autonomous workflows Build and optimize multi-agent architectures for complex problem-solving Integrate AI models (OpenAI, open-source LLMs) into scalable applications Develop APIs and backend systems to support AI-driven workflows Implement prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and memory systems Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver AI solutions Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems in production Monitor, evaluate, and improve model outputs and system behavior Stay updated with emerging trends in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and LLM ecosystems Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field 4–7+ years of software development experience Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) or Java/Node.js Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, Claude, etc.) Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar frameworks Knowledge of RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment best practices Preferred Qualifications: Experience building multi-agent or autonomous AI systems Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment pipelines Knowledge of fine-tuning, embeddings, and prompt optimization Experience with real-time data processing and event-driven architectures Exposure to frontend frameworks (React) for AI-enabled applications Key Skills: Agentic AI & Autonomous Systems Generative AI / LLMs Prompt Engineering & RAG Backend Development & APIs Cloud & Scalable Architecture Success Metrics: Successful deployment of agentic AI solutions in production Performance and accuracy of AI systems Scalability and reliability of deployed applications Innovation in AI-driven problem-solving Why SA Technologies Inc.?
