Position: 1
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineer QA to join our Quality Control team. This position is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous monitoring, recording, and analysis of various geotechnical instrument tests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing in-process QA inspections, managing rejections and reworks, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· QA Process monitoring, recording and analysis of different kind of geotechnical instruments testing in QA lab.
· Monitoring of In-house rejections/rework that fail quality standards and analysis of corrective and preventive actions.
· Perform In-process QA Inspection for designated products.
· "Testing/checking and control of servicing items servicing items with proper recording".
· Quality inspection of different products through SAP.
· Inspection of Automated data acquisition system and wireless system.
· Effectively participation in process improvement and development of test setups.
Key Deliverables:
· Maintain all kind of QA test records, prepare their analysis sheet on daily/monthly basis.
· Preparation and execution of work Instructions & work procedure as instructed by In-charge.
· QA inspection through SAP, maintain record of material received Vs deposited.
Qualifications:
· Degree in electrical/Electronic engineering.
Soft Skills:
· Good communication skill.
· Knowledge of MS office & statistical tools.
· Understanding of ISO 9001-2015 operating standards.
