Job description

Salesforce Developer

Experience Level: 5–10+ Years
Platform: Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

Role Summary

Experienced Salesforce Developer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable Salesforce solutions. Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and declarative automation, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver secure, high-performance CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Development

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura
Build and maintain custom objects, flows, validation rules, and automation
Optimize Salesforce org performance, security, and scalability
Implement complex business logic using Apex triggers and classes

Integrations & Data Management

Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi), and external systems
Manage data migrations, imports, and exports using Data Loader and ETL tools
Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance

Architecture & Best Practices

Apply Salesforce best practices including bulkification, governor limits, and security model
Participate in solution design and technical architecture decisions
Perform code reviews and enforce development standards
Manage deployments using CI/CD tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins)

Collaboration & Support

Work closely with business analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
Support UAT, production issues, and ongoing enhancements
Document technical designs and system configurations
Mentor junior developers and admins

Required Qualifications

5–10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, LWC, and Flows
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model and data architecture
Experience with integrations and API-based solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer)
Experience with Experience Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
