Job Summary

Highly experienced SAP Project Manager with over 10 years of expertise in leading large-scale SAP implementations, rollouts, and upgrades. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and risk while ensuring successful delivery of complex SAP programs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP implementations (ECC/S4HANA) across modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, HR, etc.)
Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
Manage project governance, RAID logs, and status reporting
Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and system integrators
Ensure adherence to SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies
Oversee UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
Drive change management and user adoption initiatives

Required Skills

SAP S/4HANA, ECC
Project Management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Risk & Issue Management
Budgeting & Resource Planning
MS Project, Jira, Confluence

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
PMP / PRINCE2 certification preferred
SAP Project Management certification is a plus
10+ years of SAP project delivery experience
