Job Summary

Highly skilled Senior Pega Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, high-performance business process management (BPM) and case management solutions using the Pega Platform. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC, deep understanding of Pega best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Pega applications using Pega PRPC across end-to-end development lifecycle
Build and manage case management solutions, workflows, decision logic, and user interfaces
Configure and customize Pega rules, activities, flows, decision tables, and data pages
Develop reusable components and ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and best practices
Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, and database connectors
Optimize application performance, scalability, and maintainability
Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers
Collaborate with business analysts and architects to refine requirements and solution design
Support UAT, production deployments, defect resolution, and post-go-live enhancements
Ensure application security, role-based access, and data integrity
Create and maintain technical documentation, solution design documents, and operational runbooks

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in Pega PRPC, case management, and BPM solutions
In-depth knowledge of Pega rule resolution, class structure, and application layering
Experience with Pega integrations using REST, SOAP, and external systems
Strong understanding of Pega performance tuning and debugging tools
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills
