In this role, you will work across the entire technology stack, combining strong backend expertise in Python with frontend development using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NextJS. You will build scalable, configurable, and high-performance solutions while ensuring seamless integration between user-facing interfaces and server-side systems. Your work will contribute to developing reliable applications that deliver excellent user experiences across devices and browsers. This opportunity is ideal for a technically strong developer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges and building robust, reusable software. You will join a collaborative, remote-first environment where engineering quality, performance, and innovation are central to product development.
Accountabilities:
Design, develop, and maintain complex web application features and MCP applications using Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, NextJS, MySQL, and API management technologies.
Write clean, reusable, testable, configurable, and efficient code that adheres to software engineering best practices.
Build scalable, low-latency, highly available, and high-performance applications that meet functional and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain backend services using Python, MySQL, stored procedures, and RESTful APIs.
Create responsive and interactive frontend components using ReactJS, React Hooks, state management techniques, and DOM manipulation.
Integrate frontend components with backend services and server-side logic to deliver seamless application functionality.
Design, implement, and maintain RESTful APIs to support communication between application components and external systems.
Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and compatibility across a wide range of devices and web browsers.
Develop configurable applications and reusable components that support flexible product functionality and efficient customization.
Contribute to the architecture and development of SaaS products and MCP-based applications where applicable.
Identify and resolve complex technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into reliable technical solutions and deliver high-quality software.
Requirements:
Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in full-stack development or a related software engineering role, with the ability to independently deliver complex application features.

Performance optimization: Understanding of application performance, scalability, low-latency architecture, high availability, and cross-browser compatibility.
Configurable application development: Experience building no-code platforms, configurable applications, or reusable software components is a strong advantage.
SaaS and MCP development: Experience developing SaaS products and MCP applications is an additional advantage.
Software engineering best practices: Ability to write clean, reusable, testable, maintainable, and efficient code.
Analytical skills: Strong debugging, critical thinking, and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.
Collaboration: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly, work effectively with distributed teams, and take ownership of development tasks in a remote environment.
Benefits:
Competitive salary: Annual compensation ranging from INR 20,00,000 to INR 30,00,000 (20–30 LPA).
Remote work: Work remotely from anywhere in India.
Full-time opportunity: Join a full-time engineering role with opportunities to contribute to product development and technical initiatives.
Modern technology stack: Work with Python, ReactJS, TypeScript, NextJS, MySQL, REST APIs, and emerging MCP application technologies.
Technical challenges: Build complex applications with a focus on scalability, configurability, performance, and reliability.
Product development exposure: Contribute to modern web applications and potentially SaaS products and MCP-based solutions.
Engineering ownership: Apply your technical expertise to architecture, implementation, integration, and performance optimization.
Collaborative environment: Work in a remote setting that supports independent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
