Overview
Lead pod and drive end-to-end development of AI-powered business solutions. Blend technical leadership with hands-on development.
Responsibilities
Ā· Develop and deploy CoPilot Studio solutions integrated with enterprise systems.
Ā· Lead technical delivery across Power Platform and Azure services.
Ā· Manage data security, governance, and environment strategy.
Ā· Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliverables.
Ā· Mentor team members and ensure adherence to development standards.
Ā· Support integration with platforms like ServiceNow, JIRA, and SAP.
Primary / Mandatory Skills
Ā· Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) ā 6+ years
Ā· Microsoft CoPilot Studio ā 1+ years
Ā· SharePoint Online, ServiceNow, JIRA, SAP integration
Ā· Data security, governance, environment strategy
Ā· YMAL, Power Fx, JSON, REST APIs
Ā· Leading medium-to-large projects
Good to Have Skills
Ā· Azure AI Document Intelligence (Form Recognizer)
Ā· Azure OpenAI, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
Ā· Adaptive Cards, Bot Framework, Teams App Studio
Ā· Microsoft certifications: PL-200, PL-400, PL-600, AI-102
Ā· Experience in regulated environments (Pharma, Healthcare)
Qualifications
ā¢ 7+ years of experience in Power Platform design, development, and implementation
ā¢ High-level technical expertise and certifications
ā¢ Bachelorās degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
