E2E O2C Process & Transformation Lead 

POSITION PURPOSE:

The E2E O2C is a Global role responsible for defining, developing and driving the global transformation strategy for the E2E Order-to-Cash process. The role ensures the O2C ecosystem is harmonized, streamlined, innovative, customer-centric and future-ready.

The role acts as a strategic transformation leader, identifying opportunities to enhance business value by combining process excellence, technology disruption, AI-enabled transformation, data-driven decision-making and strong enterprise collaboration.

Drives enterprise-wide collaboration to deliver impactful business outcomes, improve stakeholder experience, simplify operations to improve Sales, Margin & Cashflow.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, maintain, and execute the global O2C strategy in partnership with O2C leaders, ensuring alignment with Bayer priorities and business objectives.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the end-to-end O2C process by identifying inefficiencies, control gaps, customer pain points, and value opportunities, transforming insights into scalable process, digital, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Steer the identification, prioritization, and implementation of automation, analytics, AI, and digital capabilities to enhance O2C performance, customer experience, and business outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships across divisions, O2C operations, GPOs, Intelligent Automation, IT, and other key stakeholders to align priorities, enable scalable solutions, and deliver improvements in Sales, Margin, Cash Flow, and stakeholder experience.
• Monitor industry-leading practices and emerging developments in AI, automation, customer experience, and process excellence, benchmark Bayer's O2C capabilities, and translate insights into strategic initiatives that strengthen process maturity, innovation, and business performance.
• Collaborate with Workstream Leads, Capability Community Leads, regional and country O2C and Finance leaders, and process experts to ensure strategic alignment, effective governance, transparent communication, and successful delivery of O2C initiatives.
• Drive the design and implementation of User Experience (UX) initiatives across the global O2C landscape to improve stakeholder satisfaction, process adoption, and business outcomes.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of relevant professional experience, including 3+ years driving process excellence, operational improvement, transformation, or efficiency initiatives within complex, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, customer experience principles, and business performance drivers, including Sales, Margin, and Cash Flow.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application landscapes, digital platforms, data, automation, analytics, and AI technologies, with the ability to bridge business and technology domains.
• Strong disruptive and innovative mindset, with the ability to challenge and influence existing service and process 
• Proven experience in project management, change management, and agile ways of working, with the ability to identify opportunities, build compelling business cases, and drive the adoption of scalable process, digital, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Highly collaborative and influential, with a track record of building trusted partnerships and driving alignment across functions, divisions, geographies, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data and insights to support decision-making, continuous improvement, and value realization (e.g. Power BI and advanced Microsoft).
• Proficient in English
